Diary & appointment scheduling

Learn about the full functionality of ePractice Appointments in this 30-minute session - not all features are available on our Basic plan. To get the most out of your training it would be good if you’ve got at least one appointment you need to add.

You must have previously logged in to a live ePractice site using your own username and password, which mustn’t be shared with anyone. For ePractice Basic, the practitioner will also need to subscribe to ICE. All training is done online using Microsoft Teams, so ahead of the session please make sure that the computer you’re using has a working microphone and speaker (or headset).

What you'll cover


We’ll start with the basics – finding your way around. Discover how to create single or recurring clinic and theatre sessions and how to delete them. Learn how to set up slots to show when you’re available and when you’re not. Configure those all-important admin sessions. Create and view appointments. Manage your schedules anywhere and at any time. Job done.
