Can I stay on the old system?

How will I know it’ll meet my practice needs?
Because it’s been shaped by the people who use it every day. We’ve listened to your feedback, worked with customers and tested every step with practices to make sure it fits real life. This isn’t just an upgrade – it’s unified practice and clinical management, built your way.
What’s the point of this upgrade?
To make your day simpler and your patients’ experience better. The new ePractice doesn’t just look smarter – it brings everything that matters into one connected system. Clinical tools like electronic patient records and prescribing now work seamlessly with admin essentials like scheduling, invoicing and accounts. No more jumping between systems, fewer errors and a smoother flow for you and your team. It’s all joined up, so you spend less time on admin and more time on patient care.

Timing
When will I be moved to the new version?
We’re starting the rollout in early 2026. We’ll give you notice and keep you updated every step of the way, so you know exactly what’s happening and when.
Can I choose when to transition?
You can’t pick a date, but we’ve planned the rollout to keep things smooth and stress-free. Everything’s designed to make the change simple and hassle-free.
How will this affect my day-to-day? Will there be any downtime?
Zero downtime. We’ll do the switch overnight, so when you log in, you’re good to go. The system will look and feel different, but it’s intuitive — most people will pick it up straight away. And if you need a hand, we’re here.
How long will the transition take?
We handle it out of hours, usually overnight, so by the time you start your day, your new ePractice is ready and waiting.
Onboarding
Will the new system feel familiar or is it completely different?
It’s a fresh new look that’s intuitive and easy to pick up so you’ll feel at home straight away – it’s designed to make sense.
Will I need a new login or password?
No changes there – your login stays the same.
Will all my existing data and patient records be available in the new system?
Absolutely. Everything moves with you — patient records, history, the lot. It’ll all be available in the new system.
Will my invoicing setup and templates carry over?
Yes, all your invoicing templates and settings will come across exactly as they are.
What if I’m not very tech-savvy?
The new ePractice is built for everyone, not just tech experts. If you ever need help, get in touch and we’ll walk you through it — you’re never on your own.

What new features are included?
Plenty – we’re addressing the biggest day-to-day pain points you’ve shared with us. So, there’s smarter scheduling, electronic patient records, prescribing, advanced invoicing tools – and that’s just the start. Can I customise the system to suit how I work?
You can tweak things like your diary view, so it fits the way you work. Plus, the new ePractice is designed to modular – so in the future you’ll be able to choose the functions you want and skip the ones you don’t. Your practice, your rules.
Will my current integrations still work?
Yes and we’re adding more. Xero, Sage and other key connections have been added to keep your workflows smooth and your cash flow healthy.
Is development continuing?
