Yes. Free visitor parking is available on Level 5 of the multi-storey car park on Lovett Road, next to our office.

When you confirm your attendance, please let us know your vehicle registration number. The car park uses number plate recognition to open the barrier, and your registration will be removed from the system after your visit.

Accessible parking spaces are available on the ground floor of the car park. If you'd like to use one, please let us know in advance. The building has step-free access and a lift. If there's anything we can do to make your visit easier, please get in touch before the session.

- Egham Station: Approximately a 15-minute walk.
- Staines Station: Approximately a 25-minute walk.
The following bus routes stop nearby: 8, 440, 441, 500, 566 and 567.

Please arrive by 9:30am so we can begin the session promptly at 9:45am. The session will last approximately two hours.

Please sign in at the Healthcode reception desk when you arrive.

We'll be bringing together a small group of users who regularly use our Prescribing feature to better understand your experience.

During the session, we'll walk through the prescribing journey and discuss what works well, what could be improved, and what you'd like to see in the future.

We'll also hold a series of short one-to-one conversations, lasting around five minutes each, to gather more detailed feedback. These discussions may be recorded and used internally, and potentially within future marketing activity, with your permission.

If a colleague regularly uses the Prescribing feature and would be better placed to attend, you're welcome to send them in your place.

Tea, coffee, soft drinks, pastries and light refreshments will be provided throughout the morning.

We'll reimburse reasonable travel expenses to and from the session, up to £50 per person. This includes standard public transport fares or mileage if you're travelling by car. Please keep your receipts and we'll explain how to claim your expenses after the session.

If you expect your travel costs to exceed £50, please contact us before booking.

Once you've attended the session, we'll send your £100 Amazon voucher to the email address you used to register within 48 hours.

If you're running late or can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible or you're welcome to send a colleague who is a regular user of the Prescribing feature in your place, allowing us to offer any remaining spaces to others. Please notify us of any changes by emailing reception@healthcode.co.uk asap.
