Get an NHS reference for your PPR profile

Having a profile on The PPR gives you a secure place to store all your practice details and important documents and share this info with others in your network.

Registering for a profile is straightforward but bear in mind you’ll need to provide a reference confirming details of your NHS employment if you’re in one of the following professions:

  • Anaesthetist
  • Audiologist
  • Healthcare Science Practitioner
  • Neuropsychologist
  • Ophthalmic Science Practitioner
  • Orthotist
  • Pathologist
  • Physician
  • Practitioner Podiatric Surgeon
  • Psychiatrist
  • Radiologist
  • Surgeon

Need an NHS reference?

If you’re no longer working in the NHS or don’t have a reference, simply download our digital template, fill out section 1 and email it to the HR department of your current or previous NHS employer to complete. If you were in the military then Armed Service Vocational/Aptitude Battery certification is also acceptable.
