Linking to a unique email address means you can log into your account with just that (rather than your user ID) and your password.
Avoid tests of memory and save time by following these simple steps:
- Log into your account with your User ID and password
- Click the person icon in the top right-hand of the screen and select My Account
- Select User and Login from the left-hand menu
- Click on the envelope icon in the Login Information box and then Confirm
- Add an email address that’s unique to you (you can’t share an email address with another user) and click Verify and then OK
- Verify your email address within 24 hours using the link in the email sent to you
